Refund Policy

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours.

Note:

"Damage" or "Broken" a photo or video must be presented.
We do not accept returns if the reason is not damaged/defective. Any issues reported beyond the allowable supplier warranty period won't be accepted.

Oddig do not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the below criteria:

Items are faulty – damaged/broken upon arrival.
Parcels that are lost in transit.
We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).


REFUND TIME FRAME

Every refund request will be investigated by our fulfillment department and it will take 2 - 3 working days to process due to the high volume of orders.

We will apply a refund to the original method of payment within the next 48 hours if you are eligible. Crediting to your account could take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it has been over 3 days since product was delivered or there is evidence that the damage is due to regular use or in any way caused by the customer.

REQUIREMENTS FOR REFUND:

Must include a VIDEO or IMAGE that clearly shows the item(s) we sent was defective.
Refund request without VIDEO will not be entertained as we need this as proof to claim it back from our suppliers.
Refund process might take up to 2 weeks of progression for verification purpose.
Shipping Fees will not be refunded back to customers as we shipped the item out.
Full Refund will be given if customers provided Full Information regarding the defective item.
Full Refund if the parcel is not delivered within our promised delivery time frame. Delivery time frame please refer here.

NO REFUNDS (AFTER 3 DAYS RECEIVED THE PARCEL)

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is damaged.

Oddig will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.

We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping is posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement or refund.

Note:

Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund.Oddig reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
