We offer the following delivery options:

  • Free Standard Delivery is our 'no-rush' shipping option.(On All Orders Over $75)
  • Express Delivery is our fastest shipping option($21.95).
  • Expedited Delivery($12.99) 
  • Standard Delivery.($5.99)

Shipping times: 

The shipping time consists of two sections - 

  • Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are dispatched from manufacturer within 72 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received. 
  • Shipping Time: The time is taken to arrive at the destination after dispatch from our warehouses. 

We use a high-security checkout procedure on our site to protect both the customer and Oddig. This extends our processing time to 5 days as we fully verify our customers and fulfill orders.

Following this, your package will arrive between 5-10 business days depending on your geographic location and availability of stock.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. We don't ship on weekends.

We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service. 

Why does my tracking number say NO FOUND?

Tracking numbers can take up to 2-3 days to start showing some updates, please wait 2-3 days before checking your order with the tracking number provided by us.

we will provide a tracking number provided by our global suppliers. We will update the tracking number once our system updated and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order.

Do not panic if late delivery and email us for more information.

I ordered 2+ items but only received 1...where's my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster.

You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)


What is your cancellation policy?

You have 6 hours of the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

What is the return policy?

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.

The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.

We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.

Customs Import Duty:  International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees.

These funds are neither paid to Halipax nor are they set by Halipax rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier.

Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.

We do not refund for lost packages. Please consider adding insurance to your package.

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.

We do not mark packages as a gift.

To falsify the amounts paid or the contents of the package on customs forms could lead to hefty fines that our business would not be able to handle.
