LIFETIME JEWELRY CARE PLAN AND 1/3-YEAR JEWELRY CARE PLAN
The Oddig Jewelry Care Plans offer comprehensive coverage designed to preserve and protect your jewelry with professional cleaning, repair, and maintenance. The Jewelry Care Plans offer three options—lifetime or one/three-year coverage.

What a Care Plan covers:
- Ring re-sizing
- Rhodium plating

- Loss of center & side stones (diamonds and gemstones) due to defective, worn or broken prongs and setting
- Broken, bent or worn prongs
- Cracked or thinning band or shank

Lifetime Jewelry Care Plan
The Lifetime Jewelry Care Plan offers a longer term of coverage and also includes:
1/3 Year Care Plan
• Includes most of the same coverage as the Lifetime Jewelry Care Plan, but for the one/three-year period. Additional services like ring resizing, bracelet chain shortening, and earring post conversion require lifetime care coverage.
• Can be renewed at the end of one/three years.
REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
If we can’t repair your jewelry, you have our replacement guarantee where at our option, we’ll either replace it or reimburse you for the amount you paid for your jewelry, including sales tax with a store gift card or cash settlement. Replacement or reimbursement fulfills the contract.
Coverage is limited to the price paid for the jewelry, including sales tax.

Our Plans Do Not Cover Repairs & Services To:
Jewelry that has been damaged as a result of excessive or abusive treatment
Jewelry that has been repaired by a store other than Oddig Diamonds
Loss or theft of jewelry
Damage to jewelry resulting from loss, theft or any consequential damages or loss of use resulting from broken or damaged jewelry or from any delay in our repairing the jewelry
Watches with minor scratches or nicks caused by normal wear

Returns & Exchanges
Your online purchase may be returned to any of our stores or returned by mail to our distribution center.
You can return your item for up to 30 days after purchase or exchange it within 60 days. Watches may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Exchanges must be done at a store.
Watches that haven't been special ordered and accessories can be returned if they're unworn or unaltered, and must be accompanied by the original packaging, instructions and warranty information within 30 days of purchase. Again, exchanges can only be done at a store.
You can't return or exchange custom-designed merchandise, class rings, special-ordered watches.
