This Privacy Policy explains how ODDIG collects, uses, and shares information when you visit oddig.com, subscribe to our field notes, contact us, or buy a product from our shop.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, and message when you contact us; your email address when you subscribe; and information needed to process an order, such as your name, email address, billing country or postcode, purchase details, and order history.
We also receive limited technical information that is normally sent by a browser or needed to protect and operate the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages requested. If you leave a comment, WordPress may collect the information shown in the comment form, along with your IP address and browser user agent for spam detection.
How we use information

Payments and service providers
Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. ODDIG does not receive or store your complete card number or payment-account credentials. These payment providers process information under their own privacy notices.
We use Kit to manage newsletter subscriptions, Zoho Mail to send and receive operational email, and Google Analytics to understand aggregated site use. WordPress and WooCommerce operate the site and shop. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, or operate the site, but only as needed for those services.
Newsletter choices
Our field notes are sent only after you submit the subscription form. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. You can also request help with your subscription at [email protected].
Retention
