These Terms of Use govern your use of oddig.com and purchases from the ODDIG shop. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
The site and its content
ODDIG publishes educational and editorial material for independent builders. It is provided for general information only, not as legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for seeking advice suited to your circumstances.
Purchases and digital delivery
Product pages describe what is included, the price in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and any product-specific terms. Payment is collected through Stripe or PayPal. Digital products are made available after successful payment through the order confirmation, account area, download link, or another method described on the product page.
Before completing an order for digital content, you must request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery begins, you may lose a statutory right to cancel or withdraw where applicable. This acknowledgement applies to that order only.
Digital product licence
Unless a product page says otherwise, a purchase gives the named purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for personal use or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share, sublicense, or make the product available to others. ODDIG and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the products and site content.
Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains when a digital-product purchase may be reviewed. It forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content at scale without permission, submit unlawful or infringing material, or use the site in a way that harms ODDIG, other users, or third parties.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to third-party websites and uses third-party payment and email services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and digital products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ODDIG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for a claim related to a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Rights that cannot be excluded
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you.
